To begin using Ardhisasa, you must first create a user profile. Here’s how:

Click “Register” if you’re a first-time user.

Step 2: Input Your Personal Information. 

You’ll need to supply:  

- Full legal name (matching your national ID)  

- National ID or passport number  

- KRA PIN (mandatory for financial transactions)  

- Valid email address and mobile number

Step 3: Authenticate Your Profile.

An OTP (One-Time Pin) will be dispatched to your registered email or phone.  

Key in the code to validate your sign-up.

Step 4: Sign In & Finalize Your Profile.  

Once verified, log in using your chosen credentials.  

Upload a legible scan or photo of your ID or passport to meet Know-Your-Customer (KYC) standards.
